Welcome to i-5autohaus.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from i-5 Autohaus (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Use

By using this website, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Information

All products are intended for off-road or show use unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility with their vehicle before purchasing.

We are not responsible for installation errors or improper use of products.

Professional installation is recommended.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Orders may be cancelled if products are out of stock.

4. Orders & Payment

Full payment is required before shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carriers

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees.

Freight shipments must be inspected at delivery.

Failure to inspect shipments may result in denial of damage claims.

Additional freight storage or redelivery fees caused by missed delivery appointments will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

 

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Items must be:

  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking fees may apply.

Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

 

Products are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated.

i-5 Autohaus makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Fitment on modified vehicles

  • Paint match

  • Installation results

Normal wear and damage from road use are not covered.

We are not responsible for labor costs, installation costs, or vehicle downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

 

i-5 Autohaus shall not be liable for:

  • Vehicle damage

  • Loss of use

  • Loss of income

  • Installation costs

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Videos

  • Product designs

  • Text

Are the property of i-5 Autohaus.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Legal action may be taken for infringement.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, orders must follow the return process.

Special-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.

11. Incorrect Orders

Customers must report incorrect or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to notify within this period may result in denial of the claim.

12. Installation Responsibility

Customers assume full responsibility for:

  • Proper installation

  • Vehicle compatibility

  • Safety compliance

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

i-5 Autohaus is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Any disputes shall be handled in California courts.

14. Freight Shipping Policy

Freight Delivery Responsibility

Freight shipments require the customer to be available to accept delivery at the scheduled time.

Customers are responsible for coordinating delivery with the freight carrier. If delivery is missed or delayed due to customer unavailability, any additional fees such as storage charges, redelivery fees, or terminal handling fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Inspect Before Signing – Required

Open the box and inspect your shipment before signing.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all freight shipments before signing and accepting delivery. Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the shipment was received in acceptable condition.

Failure to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery may result in denial of damage claims.

Missing Items

If your shipment does not include all expected items:

Contact us immediately before signing

Do not allow the driver to leave

We will assist you with the proper next steps

Once the shipment is signed for and accepted, missing item claims may be denied.


Visible Damage to Packaging

If there is any visible damage to the packaging, you must:

1. Request permission to open and inspect the shipment before signing

2. Carefully check the product condition

If the carrier does not allow inspection, or if your inspection shows damage:

Take clear photos of the packaging and product

Refuse the shipment

Contact our team immediately to begin the claim and replacement process


Damage Claim Policy

Failure to inspect and report damage at the time of delivery will result in denial of freight damage claims.

Once a shipment is signed and accepted without notation of damage, the shipment will be considered delivered in good condition.

Important Notice

By placing an order requiring freight shipping, the customer agrees to the terms of this Freight Shipping Policy.

15. Credit Card Fraud & Chargeback Policy

Fraud Prevention

i-5 Autohaus takes credit card fraud seriously. All orders are subject to fraud verification and security screening.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional identity verification

  • Request photo identification

  • Request proof of billing address

  • Request confirmation from the cardholder

  • Cancel any order suspected of fraud

Orders flagged as high-risk may be delayed or cancelled at our discretion.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was made without authorization, you must contact us immediately at info@i-5autohaus.com before filing a dispute with your bank.

We will work with customers in good faith to resolve legitimate issues.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order on i-5autohaus.com, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a credit card chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Collection actions

  • Reporting to fraud prevention agencies

  • Legal action to recover losses

We reserve the right to submit the following evidence to the payment processor in the event of a dispute:

  • Order confirmation records

  • Billing and shipping address verification

  • IP address logs

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Signature confirmation

  • Communication records

  • Product photos

  • Installation documentation if applicable

Chargeback Fees

If a customer files a chargeback after the order has been shipped or delivered, and the dispute is resolved in favor of i-5 Autohaus, the customer agrees to be responsible for:

  • Chargeback fees

  • Shipping costs

  • Restocking fees

  • Collection costs if applicable

Fraudulent Orders

Any attempt to commit credit card fraud will be reported to:

  • Payment processors

  • Financial institutions

  • Law enforcement agencies

i-5 Autohaus reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal action for fraudulent transactions.

Refused Shipments After Delivery

Refusing a shipment without prior authorization may result in:

  • Round-trip freight charges

  • Restocking fees

  • Handling fees

These charges will be deducted from any refund.
